ROSELAND, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 03/16/16 -- Five ADP clients were applauded this morning for effectively using best practices in human capital management (HCM) to further the success of their large businesses. Each year, ADP® recognizes a select group of large employers who have demonstrated tangible results by implementing HCM solutions that support the human resources (HR) and payroll needs of their organizations.
ADP presented the awards -- which highlight the importance of strategy, global leadership, innovation, early adoption and partnership -- during the closing session of its ADP Meeting of the Minds 2016 Conference. More than 1,400 HR and payroll professionals from ADP's largest clients gathered in the Washington, D.C., area this week for an inside look at ADP's latest HCM technology and service innovations, which are designed to help clients build a better workforce with solutions that strengthen employee engagement and maximize productivity.
"This year's award winners adeptly and strategically use integrated HCM solutions to successfully address the unique business challenges of their organizations," said Dave Imbrogno, president of HR, Payroll and Talent Solutions at ADP. "They've shown all of us how superior HCM practices can propel business success, and help the HR function grow into a strategic business partner. Our success as a leading provider of global HCM solutions is directly due to the ongoing collaboration we enjoy with valued clients like these."
The winners were selected by ADP with input from independent industry experts, who provided an objective analysis of industry best practices and HCM technologies. The 2016 honorees are:
