We have people working together that may be 40 years apart in age, and they all have different kind of aspirations and ways they want to be communicated with.
The other thing I see too, is with the workforce being more, global, given the given technology, that you can really hire talent anywhere, now or anywhere all over the globe, because I think there are still moving forward. Companies are going to have to offer some type of, hybrid work, if they really want to create and retain them and compete to retain, the best talent, because, again, based on those different generations, they have different, different needs. And some people really want some of those groups really want flexibility and their work. And if you're not willing to offer that, or at least compromise a little, you'll lose some of the best talent.
So we have kind of a global competition for talent now, which I don't think we really had quite as intensely in the past before the use of technology. And then from a benefits standpoint, what I really seen as a really move towards looking at mental health and wellness in the workplace and a recognition that a lot of people are struggling with that, with just kind of the stress of the world and coming out of Covid so that, I've been really happy to see actually, a lot of employers are really putting more focus into that and trying to help their employees, which, again, just adds value from a retention standpoint if they're happy with the company. And I feel like they're to try, really try to take care of them, just creates a really positive culture and people will want to stay.
