So that's one of the things they can help inform.

Another thing is around being able to look at what goes into the different parts of pay, meaning how is overtime as an example impacting what they're paying around the world? How are things like absences impacting overtime which is impacting pay? And you get to the value of that when you actually connect time with HR, with payroll. And all of those insights combined can provide a ton of strategic value to the organization and really hope that payroll team become a strategic partner within their company.

Another big area where the payroll team helps support growth is actually in the employee experience. Pay impacts every single employee. So by delivering payroll, of course on time and accurate. But in addition to that, in a way where the employees have visibility into their pay and have tools to be able to get answer questions and get the information they need into what makes up their pay is really important.

Additionally, what they'd like to have is more local self-service tools where they can do things like make pension choices or get their information on commuter allowances, and that that's all at their fingertips.
