Where do you see the biggest opportunity for AI in the workplace?

Linda Mougalian

So I see it in personalization. When I say personalization, I really like targeted capabilities. So for people, for organizations, for people just understanding, I have a question. And instead of trying to figure out, you know, for your specific benefits, you need to go and look into a plan. It is looking at what a person's specific situation is and giving them the answers, the process, not making people kind of hunt and peck around a system in order to do what they need to do.

What is it that I want to do? I want to enroll in a benefit, or I need to file a claim, and having the technology help them to get there. Based upon who they are, what their status is, what their elections are.

And from an organizational standpoint, really thinking about the business outcomes, the size, the industry, what states are in what countries are in all the compliance regulations that they need to think about. If the system can care for that, and if the systems can help them get to the right place, that makes it so much easier for them to have confidence in the outcomes and to really focus on what's the next big thing that I need to work on. I don't necessarily have to spend all of my time chasing down the regs because it's it's there for them.

Ted

Yeah, absolutely. How do you see HR having the opportunity to develop something deeply personal?

Linda

So when you think about teams and when you think about people coming to work, you know, if a team manager has insights right now, you could have a team of 100 people. They could be scattered around the world. And how do you get to know everybody on the team and that can be really, really hard. But what if what if you had some visibility into your team? The sentiments, you know, people who maybe are a turnover risk or a flight risk, all of that kind of being predictive so you could see around the corners and kind of shine a light on the areas of your organization that you really need to focus on.

Now you can go and you can have those conversations and put your attention in the places that are going to be most important. But this now becomes deeply personal. I feel like the technology can really unlock that, especially for teams, and then to make more connections and help people feel more, integrated with their work and with their coworkers.

So I think it really helps them to unlock and get more direct, personal human experiences, regardless of the size of the team and how they're connecting with them.
