AI agents can take on routine work and still provide visibility to the the payroll team so they can see what the agents are doing.
A global payroll system can offer a lot of value to clients by reducing complexity as they manage global payroll around the world. As I've talked to clients, they have concerns in their payroll to make sure that it's always accurate on time and of course, compliant around the world. Being able to have global governance, global visibility, while also having a standard single user experience is really valuable to an organization to help them simplify, help them manage what's most important across all of their payrolls.
There's the added value as well, of being able to have strategic insights around the world, being able to look at data for things like how absences and overtime are impacting their payroll investment. This kind of information is really important when it comes to things like workforce planning, and it allows an organization to make strategic business decisions and enables a global payroll organization to really make that transition from a back office function to being more of a trusted, strategic business partner within their organization.
The thing I'm most excited about with AI shaping the new world of work is that I think that technology can really enable some unique outcomes for our clients to help make them more effective at their jobs, more strategic, more personalized. What I mean by this is AI agents can take on routine work and still provide visibility to the payroll team so they can see what the agents are doing, but it allows them to really focus their time on outliers.
It can help surface more strategic insights in the organization, which can allow the payroll team to bring those to the rest of their company and really make that transition from a back office function to a strategic business partner. It can add more personalization from an employee experience perspective, and all of this can help an organization really change and adapt as they move forward in the new world of work.
