AI's making us more human because it's helping to reduce repetitive, time consuming tasks. You know, work can be sometimes, very repetitive, and it can be very time consuming. And this is where I can actually help- through giving us insights and helping us detect patterns in data that we might not normally see. And this allows people to focus on creativity, empathy and more human connection. If you design AI very thoughtfully, it can enhance the human experience at work.
Work will feel simpler and more intuitive. And this evolution, it's going to free people up to focus on higher value work using your judgment, creativity and collaboration. Tools that protect your focus and your energy. They'll be the shape of the modern workplace. The next era of innovation will make work healthier and not just faster.
