Roseland, NJ – November 18, 2021 -- ADP®, a global technology company providing human capital management (HCM) solutions, today announced that it has acquired Integrated Design, Inc. (IDI) a software company delivering industry-specific HCM solutions aiming to simplify complex workforce data problems. This acquisition marks a longstanding partnership between the two businesses over the past 20 years. By further integrating IDI’s expertise with ADP’s global reach and comprehensive HCM and Workforce Management solutions, clients will have access to an enhanced payroll and HR experience that will allow them to better grow and scale their business.

IDI builds solutions that address complex payroll, HR reporting and compliance requirements that some industries face. The company’s products and solutions integrate with time and attendance, payroll, human resources, point-of-sale, ERP, mobile, and other vendor systems to help enforce a company's specific pay policies and transfer data between different systems.

IDI products are currently available within ADP’s HCM solutions, including ADP’s Workforce Management suite. This acquisition enables ADP to better serve its clients in industries that require more comprehensive solutions for complex regulatory requirements and workforce data needs including construction, non-profit organizations, manufacturing, and professional services. With IDI, ADP can also support certified payroll on behalf of its clients.
