If we get to that point that the user no longer adapts to us, but we adapt it to the user, we make it personal for them. I think we achieved our goal.

So how do you define people centered technology and how do you know when you've actually achieved it?
Roberto Masiero
For me, I always say that our systems should almost like disappear. They should be invisible. It should be natural for the user to get the outcome they want without having to think about it. The system can almost proactively resolve the problem for them, even on something as complex as payroll. We can do that. We can simplify those tasks for our users.

I think that just really sounds like right on target. You don't want to feel like something is happening or that you're forcing something like to have it just feel like it's just smooth sailing and you're not even really noticing.
Roberto Masiero
If you combine what you just said with trust. If we can really create this, you know, like this response to the user that, you know, comes with trust and at the same time with the, you know, the outcome that they desire, even before they were able to verbalize that. That I think would be the ultimate. Don't need to worry about payroll.
You contracted us to worry about that. So let me do the work and I'll keep you updated. I will let you know that everything is compliant. Everything is happening the way it should be.
