If you use the data, if you use the tools and share it up and down the organization, you will make progress. Finding talent is hard. It's a difficult challenge, especially considering how fast the workforce is changing. AI is changing it, and organizations are wondering what kinds of skills, what talent they're going to need to fuel their growth for the next couple of years.
So it it raises the question, what should they be looking for? What should they be looking for in workers? What kind of skills do they have? This is where it's really important to have a great set of data to guide those decisions.
it can be challenging for employers to find the talent they need to fuel their growth over the next several years, especially given how fast the workforce is changing. Using data to guide those steps is absolutely critical, and yes, AI can even hope there. But there's so many considerations that organizations need to consider. What is wage growth look like from one location to another? What is the availability of skills in one location to another? What's happening from an industry perspective, from one location to another? And organizations often use benchmarking tools to help guide some of these decisions.
But you have to ask yourself, what type of benchmarking data are you using? Are you just going out to the World Wide Web and kind of holding your nose and asking questions and whatever comes back, running it through your filter? Are you able to access data that is going to guide solid decision making, something tangible, data that is going to show you accurately what is happening from one market to the next?
If you're able to hone in on the ideal locations, ideal skills through a credible data source that's going to help you fill those needs and fuel your growth for years to come.
