I think the top use cases for AI are obviously people always think about what makes life easier, what is becoming more efficient and faster. I'm going to stretch that a little, and from my perspective, I'll say it's about making things more human.

Really understanding humans in terms of, okay, if we're going to use AI to develop content, how do we ensure that we're developing content that's relevant to a vast amount of people and the nuances that people bring up? Or if we're going to use AI to code. Can we just take a step further and code to specific cases that deal with real life?

Can I understand the multiplicity of different identities when it comes to how people ask questions? Because that changes too. So for me, that's that's the use case.

I think AI tools can help create more inclusion in hiring and recruiting by meeting people where they are and leveling that playing field more. For example, if there's a candidate that's applying to a role and they just don't have that skill set for that particular role, AI can help surface what skills that person might need and tell them why they didn't get hired for that role instead of just, you know, you get that automated email that says that you're not a good fit.

And for the practitioner or the recruiter, I think it's always making sure to service as much information as possible to say, this person didn't meet this role, but here are the things that you might be able to do to have them come in and you upskill them as a company and help them get to where they want to get to.

Or perhaps it's, being able to always have enough information for the human to make that end decision, not just relying on the AI to say this person is not a good match or this person is, but rather, help the person to be able to make that ultimate decision and use their discernment. I think also there's so many creative ways to use it in terms of being able to look at hidden talent and to be able to search for people and make connections that humans wouldn't have made but be able to see.

Maybe I'll expand my my radius and search outside of my geography, or maybe I'll expand this role and make it hybrid or virtual to get more talent, so AI can make some of those recommendations and help the person ultimately making the decision.
