What we see in the market nowadays is that the ever greater increase of the globalization of, of the workforce.

And that increasing the globalization of the workforce comes with three key trends. There's ever increasing regulations that you need to be on top of when you go into new countries, or when you're already present in certain countries. So that globalization means you have to be compliant in those countries. And that is a key trend that we're seeing in, in the market and in global payroll as well.

Another trend that we're seeing is there's a lot of fragmentation out there, due to the globalization of the workforce. So it's more and more difficult to get data insights, pulling the data together so you can provide value to the business. So a unified payroll is also critical. And if you want to be successful in the business and if you want to address one of the trends that we're seeing, which is that fragmentation as a result of the globalization of the workforce.

And lastly, one of the other trends that we're seeing is there's a there's a skill shortage within global payroll across the globe. And that creates risk, of course, for for employers. And that skill shortage is something that we see in all the regions, all the countries. And it's becoming, more strongly pronounced as well, across the globe.
