The first thing that, employers can do to protect their businesses is really, I would say, on one side, having the right IT tools in place and the security embedded in them by design.
What I would say that employers absolutely need to do to protect their business is to invest in their people and training them into security. What we believe at ADP is that security is not just the business for like just IT or security experts, but it's really down to all the company and all the associates to be aware of it.
So I would say investing in training, investing in awareness is a very good way for businesses to to protect themselves. The other thing that is very critical for businesses is to include security at the core and embedded in everything that you do. So for example, IT, our product. So we call it security by design where it's really how security's embedded directly on how you build the products, as opposed to really adding security layers on top of your products.
