So over time you work with these partners and you build the trust, the rapport. You listen to what their needs are. They're evolving, what challenges they're faced with each day. The key characteristics of a strong partner is a partner who listens, who responds with urgency to their needs.
You know, provides outstanding service, is flexible. And there's a level of consistency, too, like, they want to be, you know, things when they're recommending, one of their clients to a partner. They want to be able to predict what the experience is going to be like. So consistency is very important. So when they share this is what you can expect.
And then the partner delivers on it. They actually earn credibility with their with their clients as well. So responding with urgency, building trust relationships and communication are keys to any successful partnership. And they struggle with automating things like asset management, where you're onboarding a new hire and looking for them to have their hardware in their laptop. Day one.
These are the types of value that we're looking to provide our clients. And, it starts by listening. Also being flexible and looking for, you know, partnerships that can be mutually beneficial to not only ADP but also the partner.
