Modern HCM technology is increasingly moving towards anticipating needs rather than reacting. And this is being led by AI. There are a couple of very important trends that I'm seeing.

First and foremost, companies more than ever have a growing demand for international talent, global talent to make sure that their needs can be met. And that's reinforcing the fact that they also want one view of their payroll across geographies. And then, of course, the second thing: AI. This is where we're really changing the game. We're using AI to reduce errors identify compliance risk. And at the end of the day enable teams to focus on more strategic work. This is very, very important because in a recent ADP survey, we learned that 32% of global business leaders have pointed to adopting AI into payroll processes as the top driver of business transformation over the next couple of years.

We're shifting from systems of record to systems of intelligence. That means using intelligence to power engagement, gaining greater insights about the skills that workers need to continue their career growth. Crafting personalized employee journeys. Serving up information to frontline employees, leaders, and practitioners when and where they need it.
