So how is AI affecting the human capital management industry?
Roberto Masiero
That creates tremendous complexity. Breaking down the entire system, the entire payroll and human capital management into tasks. And a lot of the agents will be able to perform. And that should free up our clients, our users, to perform more relevant tasks, tasks of a higher level, you know, be be more human in the sense of using their empathy, which is something that these models don't have yet.
This is reserved to us humans. The judgment work on that gray area, where only experience will give you the credentials to make decisions. This is what I see happening with with our with our innovation going forward.

And it also sounds like it is going to be anticipating needs that the user may not even realize they need.
Roberto Masiero
Absolutely. I think a big part of what designing with AI is, is that no longer the user needs to issue a command prompt the system. There is now this idea that the system comes to the user when it needs something. That is, one of the primary tenets of our new design is the initiative is no longer just on the user.
There's there's obviously several tasks that the user starts, our client starts. I want to hire someone, I want to give them a raise. But even on those, AI might provide insights that this person has not been, you know, whatever promoted or had an adjustment over this long and comparables, it's probably time to think about it. But let the system now take the initiative, take the burden out of the user to have to visit the system.
The system will visit the user. Will communicate with the user what is important, what is relevant at the right moment, at the flow of work so that we, you know, we really help make their lives better. That's that's the final objective, final outcome.

How do you make sure that the technology adds value to people and the businesses that they support?
Roberto Masiero
By looking at technology as a tool, not a destination. We don't want to use technology just for the sake of using it just to be the cool kids playing with the latest AI models. We want to tie technology to creating solutions, creating better outcomes for our clients. I think that's that's our main objective to, to to create technology for the sake of the user, but do that responsibly as well.
I think that's a big part of what we do. We need to continue to nurture the trust that the clients have on us. And that's why I love to say that we move it to speed of trust. We want to use the latest technologies, but we will do that responsibly and always with focus on the outcome, always with the focus on the final objective, not just for the sake of using technology.
