Well, I do think AI will augment us and make our work better. We did some survey as ADP and 50% of the people we surveyed think I will improve their job.
It will free up some time to focus on the HR department on, retention and engagement, which are the most important components as opposed to mundane tasks. It will allow us to make the experience of the employees more personal, and it will help us to improve their life.
And to give you an example, if you think about training, only one employee in four thinks they have enough skills to face the future. So leveraging AI to build an individual development plan, with training for specific employees will make their life better and their work better. So AI can really help us.
