I love this opportunity to go deeper on some of the data that Nela talked about. With someone who runs a company. And so tell us, like your lived experience, how is AI arriving, in the workplace?
Maria Black, ADP president and CEO
AI has officially arrived at. Is here. We've heard a lot about that. All you have to do is walk the promenade, and you can see AI is very much, here. It's sort of. It's arrived. It's consuming every conversation. I think the big thing that we're trying to solve for now, as employers is how do you actually get to value creation?
And that's the the juncture at this time. And it is about all the things that have been said before me. But when I think about a business such as ADP's and the HR and payroll business, human capital management, it is domain expertise. It's a knowledge based business and all of the knowledge that exists across the domains of HCM, whether it's payroll, benefits, time, all of the things that make up the world of work, if you will.
All of those things will yield tremendous results with productivity. And the tasks that ultimately are changing, the way that work is happening is changing, the fundamental way that these types of agents and specialists are actually navigating the work that they do.
