Innovation in HCM is going to allow HR teams to actually focus on what matters the most, which is people.
A lot of people think that AI needs to be flashy, that it needs to be exciting, but really the most value is going to be in the operational, the boring, you know, but boring in the best way. So we're looking for use cases that are going to remove repetitive nature of work, remove the high friction tasks, the high risk tasks, and really use human judgment to influence the overall execution of it.
When you think about use cases that people are using at work, you'll see a lot of people using AI as an assistant, as a collaborator, something that helps and supports them. You'll also see AI in use cases at work that solves repetitive work. So that data crunching that you needed to do, that pattern matching, all of that is now sped up with the use of AI.
