The reality is that work is changing. How that work is changing is the fact that people's jobs are being impacted by artificial intelligence.
You know, in the future of work, AI creates a huge opportunity for both individuals as well as businesses. First off, for businesses, the ability to harness maybe the the intent of AI and maybe as we think about AI as well as generative AI, the ability to do things faster, cheaper, better is enticing. Obviously, it provides us the onboarding, chance to actually do things with a lot more clarity and probably repeatability. For individuals
the opportunity that AI creates is actually getting to know a lot more and doing it hopefully at a speed that never, ever intended. It really ups the performance of people if applied correctly, and I think AI actually has an opportunity to open up a whole, whole slew of just incredible amount of job opportunities for people when they apply it to their own skills as well as they actually think beyond and take their careers in different directions.
AI as a trend is all about data. Data, of course, if your data is right, then you'll have really great results with your AI and your generative AI. And so one of the most important things, as we see, is that companies are spending a lot of time and money to get their data right, so therefore, that they can have the insight and the impact of how that AI will be affecting those jobs and those humans as they apply it to specific tasks as they go about their jobs.
Once we have that the data right, and we have the jobs redesigned, then I think what's also really impactful as a trend is actually getting the skills of our people up to speed. We have to redefine how skills are actually being, given to people, as well as think about how those skills are going to be different as we move forward with work.
