I'm really excited about the opportunities that are available to learn and grow in new ways. We are at the beginning of a whole new set of opportunities, new technologies with generative AI as an example. I have a 16 year old son, and I think about the fact that there are jobs that he could do in the future that don't even exist today. I don't want to date myself, but I do remember a time when we communicated very differently.
First there was paper, then there was email. You know, now we all have mini computers in our pockets with cellphones. There will be infinite number of new jobs and opportunities that we haven't even thought of. And that to me, the potential of that is what really makes me excited about the future.
