I'm Laci Buzzelli and I want to wish a very happy Small Business Week to all of the small business owners out there.
Throughout my career and nearly every conversation I've had with small business owners, one theme keeps coming up. Resilience. These are people who start with passion and purpose. And when the environment shifts, as it often does, they adapt. They find a way to keep moving forward. And as their businesses grow, they build workplaces that are productive, engaged and deeply human.
In fact, our research shows that small businesses often have a real advantage when it comes to engagement. They create opportunities for people to learn, grow, and build their careers while also making an impact on their communities.
Behind every successful story and every metric is an owner juggling the complexities of running their business. And what we consistently see is the most successful small businesses simplify where they can. When payroll compliance and HR runs smoothly, owners get something incredibly valuable: Time to focus. And confidence in your operations changes everything. It shapes how you make decisions and how fast you can move.
That's why this work means so much to me. At ADP, we're proud to support more than 900,000 small businesses, helping them spend less time on complexity and more time doing what they do best.
