Who won the HR and Payroll Rising Star Award?
Briana Chastain, a payroll administrator and office manager at Herzog-Meier Auto Center, was honored with the award this year.
This award recognizes emerging leaders with 3–10 years of experience who are already making a meaningful impact within their organizations.

Who won the ADP Ambassador Award for Workplace Innovation?
Rachel Bowen a people systems analyst at AQUA Dermatology won the award in 2026.
Rachel’s award honors leaders like her who are driving innovation through creative thinking, new technologies, and people-first practices.

Kathy Brubaker, the senior payroll manager at Hubbard Broadcasting Inc won in 2026
This award celebrates excellence in talent development and employee engagement. It recognizes leaders who are passionate about helping others develop new skills at work and creating environments where their people can thrive.
