August 2, 2022
ADP highlighted for its strong global capabilities and innovation in next-generation technologies

ROSELAND, N.J., August 2nd, 2022- Industry analyst firm Everest Group has again positioned ADP as a Leader in its 2022 Multi-Process Human Resources Outsourcing (MPHRO) PEAK Matrix® Assessment. The evaluation noted ADP’s business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, ADP Comprehensive Services and ADP Comprehensive Outsourcing Services, as well as ADP Global Payroll services for their broad range of payroll and HR services and global expertise. ADP earned recognition for continued efforts to enhance and expand its services and provide a seamless global HCM experience.

Everest Group highlighted ADP’s strengths, including its innovation in next-generation technologies with its powerful people analytics solution ADP® DataCloud, robotic processing automation (RPA), and AI-driven chatbots to elevate the client experience. The assessment also highlights ADP’s financial wellness tools offered through its Wisely solution, aimed to provide clients’ employees with budgeting, saving, and spending tools, and faster wage access. Referenced clients additionally cited ADP’s global expertise, compliance, service timeliness and consistency, and experience in solving client problems among its key strengths.

The PEAK Matrix is a framework that provides an objective, data-driven, and comparative assessment of service providers based on their market success and overall delivery capability. Everest Group assesses the Market Impact and Vision & Capability of each provider, classifying them into three categories: Leaders, Major Contenders, and Aspirants. Market Impact measures market adoption, portfolio mix, and value delivered, while Vision & Capability examines vision and strategy, scope of services offered, innovation and investments, and delivery footprint. ADP was among the top three ranked providers and placed in the top tier for both Market Impact and Vision & Capability.

“ADP emerging as a Leader again in this year’s MPHRO PEAK Matrix® assessment reflects the provider’s ongoing strengthening of its HR services particularly in the payroll space. ADP has been enhancing its technology and service offerings to provide a frictionless experience to all its clients, which is also much appreciated by its customers,” said Priyanka Mitra, practice director, Everest Group. “In addition to its investments in developing next-generation technologies, ADP is able to meet client employee needs by offering economic wellness tools that assist with financial management and spending flexibility."
