ADP Joins CFMA as HR and Payroll Principal Partner

October 3, 2024 – ADP is pleased to announce its new partnership with the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) as its HR and Payroll Principal Partner. Founded in 1981, CFMA offers education, professional networking opportunities, and resources for more than 10,000 members across 99 chapters.

“As an organization dedicated to the success and growth of today’s construction financial professionals, CFMA is committed to partnering with organizations that align with our mission to support this industry,” said Neil Shah, President and CEO of CFMA. “We are excited to welcome ADP as our HR and Payroll Principal Partner because of their extensive expertise in providing payroll and HR solutions that address key challenges for our members, and their commitment to being a trusted resource in the construction finance sector.”

ADP is excited to support the distinct and multifaceted payroll and HR needs of members. This support extends to various professional challenges such as job costing, navigating government compliance and reporting, drawing in and keeping workers, and handling union and multi-site project management.

Last fall, ADP introduced the first comprehensive HCM solution tailored for the industry, ADP Workforce Now for Construction, which provides construction firms everything needed to run payroll, manage HR efficiently, and recruit and develop workers more effectively.

“We’re thrilled for the opportunity to bring ADP’s construction-specific expertise to CFMA’s members and to help the construction industry address specific labor and HR compliance needs,” said Kit Dickinson, vice president for business development, ADP.  Through this partnership, ADP will support the association’s national, regional and local education and networking events.

On October 23, Dickinson and Shah will lead a 60-minute webinar, hosted by ADP. To register, visit FY25 Construction Webinars.
