Beyond a Payroll Sync

A direct API integration, built on the ADP Marketplace with single sign-on and consent management, connects payroll, labor cost, headcount, and headcount by department data into Campfire continuously, mapped to the chart of accounts finance teams leverage. Campfire's AI layer reads that data at a level of granularity that can surface PTO patterns, overtime spikes, and organizational change. This visibility allows payroll data to serve as a lens on the business, where headcount by department and cost per team can be seen against the numbers they drive.
