I think organizations that win with AI will be the ones who use it to come up with new ways of working.
So three ways that an organization can embrace AI is thinking first, not about the technology, but about being intentional of how AI can be used. And that really starts with using it to solve a business problem. Where can you save time? Where can you reduce friction in the process, or where can you just bring additional insights into the work?
That's the value you're going to get from AI right away. I think a second way is building it into your workflows, just being very intentional about not making it optional, but making it required and giving everyone what they need in order to experiment with it. And then third, it comes from the top that leadership support, making sure that employees feel safe, learning about it, using it, knowing when not to use it, and have those guardrails in place.
I think organizations that win with AI will be the ones who use it to come up with new ways of working.
