As an employer, we need to understand that work is happening in different parts of the world and that we adapt to that. So when I think about leading in the world of work, I immediately think about three things.
I think about adopting and continuously adopting and accepting that with every adoption, you might not get it right in the next iteration, but overall continuous improvement will lead to getting it right.
And then number two, I think about demographic changes and understanding where they are happening and how you can embrace these changes for competitive advantage.
And then three, I think about how work itself is actually changing, how the tasks that we do at work change due to automation and introduction of agenetic tooling. Some repetitive task might be automated, but I'm convinced that when we lead in the world of work, we will pick up other tasks that are probably more valuable and deliver better outcomes in return.
