Agility is key. When we think of how the world is changing right now, you have to be ready to go in a moment's notice. But you also have to be ready to be proactive. The top three things that keep people at the center of cyber security:

Number one see something, say something. It is everyone's job to understand what a security incident is, how to report it, but most importantly, what to do next, how to understand it. Make sure you're comfortable, but also understanding the impact, the business impact of it all. What does it mean to me? What does it mean to my friends? What does it mean to my team?

Number two, trust is key in everything. Make sure to have that environment of trust so everyone is comfortable coming to you with questions, coming to you with ideas, raising their hand, or raising that flag. It is so critical to have that.

And then number three, it's an everyday experience. Make sure to embed security into what you do day in and day out, so teams are comfortable knowing what a security answer is, who they need to go to, but more importantly, they know how to digest it. Most security incidents are coming from routine, everyday activities. The more they know, the better that they can do, but also embed those experiences.

AI new. Fresh. Hot. How can you work with AI? So that way your teams understand totally what a security incident is when it comes to AI and how they work with it.
