MEDIA ALERT: ADP® to Incorporate New Employment Trends in the October ADP National Employment Report®

The October ADP National Employment Report® to be released on November 2, 2016 will be the first installment of the monthly report to include enhancements that report employment trends in the 10 super sectors outlined by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The specific enhancements will allow for more granular sector analysis, which will also include two disaggregated super sectors. The specific super sectors will be:

  • Natural resources/mining
  • Construction
  • Manufacturing
  • Trade/transportation/utilities
  • Information
  • Financial activities
  • Professional/business services
    • Professional services
    • Headquarters
    • Business services
  • Education/health services
    • Education
    • Healthcare/social services
