Zyscovich Architects Turns to ADP to Streamline HR Processes, and to Help Build a Better Workforce to Manage Ongoing Growth
July 20, 2015

ROSELAND, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 07/20/15 -- ADP®, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, announced today that Zyscovich Architects, a full-service architectural, interior and urban design firm based in Miami, has partnered with ADP to build a better workforce to manage its ongoing growth while it meets increased regulatory and reporting requirements.

With approximately 100 employees in the United States, Zyscovich knew it would be required to record extensive data related to complying with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) this year, and the firm felt unprepared to meet the challenge. The 38-year-old company needed to move beyond manual HR processing and wanted to integrate its various HR systems. Zyscovich is now using ADP Workforce Now®, an integrated HCM platform designed specifically for midsized businesses.

"In addition to ACA compliance, we are facing increased record keeping and reporting requirements as a result of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), E-Verify®, and the 401(k) Census. We knew we needed more support to ensure continued compliance with all of these various government regulations," said Mario Suarez, a partner at Zyscovich. "As we've grown, we also needed to streamline our HR operations processes so that our HR staff can focus more on recruitment and retention and less on manual data processing. We needed the convenience of an integrated platform that ADP is uniquely equipped to deliver. It's already made a notable difference."

Tom Perrotti, president of ADP's Major Account Services business, said he's delighted that Zyscovich Architects has put its trust in ADP.

"Midsized businesses like Zyscovich account for more than one third of U.S. jobs, but they are still struggling to keep up with the heavy volume of government regulations as they develop their workforces," said Perrotti. "At ADP, we recognize that the success of every company begins with its people and I appreciate Zyscovich's reliance on us to help them build a better workforce and address their compliance needs." Suarez noted that implementing ADP's solutions was a smooth process that has already resulted in more organized day-to-day operations, freeing the HR staff to dedicate more time to serving the strategic needs of the business.

"With ADP, we knew that we were getting an industry leader who's continually investing in new technology and adding service improvements to its processes and software. We felt ADP was not just the solution for the moment, but the one-stop shop that could offer us all the solutions that we will need in the future as we grow," said Suarez. "Before ADP, we had multiple systems and software providers for different functions, which meant HR and Accounting spent a lot of time bridging the gaps. Automating and integrating our processes has saved us time and money. Plus, ADP has identified where we may be at risk for not being in compliance, helping us prevent potential fines."
