ROSELAND, N.J. - March 3, 2015 - Debbie Dyson, corporate vice president client experience and continuous improvement for ADP®, has been recognized as one of Black Enterprise magazine's Women of Power.

Each year, the Black Enterprise Women of Power ranking recognizes women of color, who are in the top echelon of business management. Candidates are judged based on the extent to which their influence upon the company has a direct impact on revenues, profitability, product development and brand position. The criteria also include the scope of their career; their ability to influence the direction of major corporations through board membership, their access to the CEO, top management and corporate board and their industrywide reputation. Those chosen are honored at the Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit.

Dyson began her ADP career in 1988 as an account manager in the National Account Services business unit and advanced through several levels of increased responsibility and leadership to her current position. She now is a member of the executive committee and leads ADP's enterprise-wide business process innovation (BPI) efforts, providing governance, tools and best practices that markedly improve our end-to-end client experience. As a result, she has succeeded in accelerating profitable growth and creating a sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace.
