ADP Makes Computerworld's 100 Best Places to Work in IT 2014
June 23, 2014

ROSELAND, N.J. - June 23, 2014 - ADP®, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, has been ranked #35 among large organizations on Computerworld's 2014 100 Best Places to Work in IT list. The list is comprised of a wide variety of companies whose technologies, training programs, benefits, and emphasis on career development provide an exemplary experience for their IT employees.

Beyond being recognized for its exceptional work environment, ADP has exhibited its commitment to technological creativity and growth through the creation of a new Innovation Lab located in the Chelsea district, part of New York City's "Silicon Alley." The addition of this new Lab will complement ADP's original Innovation Lab at their Roseland, New Jersey headquarters.

"Given our emphasis on innovation and growth, ADP recognizes the importance of the ongoing development of our IT department and associates," said Mike Capone, Chief Information Officer at ADP. "Our IT team enables the continued improvement of all our services, both internal and external, from human capital solutions and performance management tools to online payroll software and time and labor management systems."

To qualify for Computerworld's 100 Best Places to Work in IT list, nominated companies must have at least 30 IT employees and must complete a detailed survey responding to questions regarding employment statistics, financial data, and benefits policies, both in the IT department and throughout the company as a whole.

In addition, each company must issue a survey, handled by a third party research company, to a random sample of its IT employees. This survey measures employee satisfaction in the areas of training and development, compensation, benefits, and work/life balance. It also asks questions regarding employee morale. More information on the list can be found here.
